Here's what I can commit to doing. Thoughts?
For 2 weeks do RAW Vegan diet, high glycemic foods only - limit to 1000-1500 calories per day. Using hemp seed as primary source of protein. Several other restrictions that I'll get into later.
For 1 week to see if there's an impact on weight loss - move out of RAW and VEGAN:
Add steaming and Lean protein: lean beef (all fat cut off), chicken and fish.
Decision point after 3 weeks on which of the above 2 to do or what combination. x weeks one, and switch.

- Limiting seeds and nuts to: Hemp, Flax, Chia.
- Keeping Maca powder - which is a root
- Herbal teas and maybe green teas
- Giving up Stevia and other sweeteners. My lemonade is going to be just a touch tart :-)
- Since this is primarily a detox diet, I'll be drinking a gallon of water or herbal tea each day.
- Calorie limit: 1000-1500
- Exercise: walking, stair stepper, elliptical, bouncer tramp, swimming. 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Break on Saturday and Sunday. I'll do an hour on each of those days.
- Stretching daily - 20 minutes.
- Goal to lose 65 pounds between now and sometime between Christmas and Valentines. And keep it off for 5 years.
